THIS YEAR, BANKS BEER is encouraging its consumers to log on to
www.banksbeer.com to vote for their favourite contestant in the 11th Banks
Calendar Girl Competition.
The 10 lovely ladies vying for the title of Miss Banks 2007 are: Crystal Davis,
Nikita Goddard, Annalisa Mosley, Sabrina Felix, Saskia Griffith, Shanika
Haynes, Tamesha Cutting, Jennel Nurse, Shanita Bynoe and Sonju Patterson.
Voters also have the opportunity to win an iPod Shuffle compliments
banksbeer.com.
According to Brewed Products Brand Manager David Sealy, “With the
introduction of online voting, our goal is to give our consumers who are unable to
come to promotions, the opportunity to have a say in who will represent their brew
in 2007. The young lady with the most votes will receive a special prize.”
Mr. Sealy however stressed, “The selection of the next Miss Banks will not be
based solely on web votes. The contestants will also be appraised on social and
public speaking skills, deportment and poise. Miss Banks is an ambassador for the
brand and as such, she must be able to interact with persons from all spheres and
strata in society.”


The ‘Banks Beauties’ will make islandwide appearances until the winner is chosen
in November.
