Mr. Marcio Juliano is a graduate in Business Administration from Sao Paulo University and has also completed the Ambev Executive MBA Program at Sao Paulo Business School in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Mr. Juliano also completed the Program on Trade Marketing from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois in 2013. Mr. Juliano joined AmBev in 1997 through the Global Management Trainee Program. He has accumulated 17 years' experience in sales management and strategy development.

Mr. Ramón A. Franco is a Law graduate of the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña in Santo Domingo and has also completed the Ambev Executive MBA Program at Insper in Sao Paolo, Brazil. Mr. Franco also completed the Program on Mergers & Acquisitions at Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois.

He possesses over twenty years of experience in the consumer products industry, having served as General Counsel for E. León Jimenes, S.A. (ELJ) and since 2012, as Director of Legal & Corporate Affairs at Ambev, for the Central America & Caribbean Region (CAC). He serves as Director of the Fundación Dominicana de Desarrollo, Inc. and the Asociación de Industrias de Bebidas Gaseosas, Inc. (ASIBEGAS) of the Dominican Republic and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Asociación Nacional de Jovenes Empresarios, Inc. (ANJE) and of the Cámara de Comercio y Producción de Santo Domingo. He is currently the Chairman of St. Vincent Brewery Ltd. and a member of the Board of Directors of Dominica Beverages & Brewery Ltd., Cervecería Nacional Dominicana, S.A. and Ambev Centro America, S.A.

Mr. Eduardo Lacerda holds a degree in Engineering from Pontifócia Universidade Católica of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. He is Ambev's Executive Officer for Central America and the Caribbean.

He joined Ambev in 2001 and he has held several positions, including Budget and Business Performance Officer and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions in Europe, and most recently as Financial Officer, also in Europe. He holds a degree in Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica of Rio de Janeiro. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Industria Del Atlantico in Guatemala and Cervecería Nacional Dominicana, S.A.

Mr. Saulo Maranha is a Brazilian citizen and received a Degree in Production Engineering from the Universidade Federal Fluminense in Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from Columbia University, New York, NY and is certified in Green and Black Belt on Six Sigma philosophies & tools.

He is Supply Director of Cerverceria Nacional Dominicana and was appointed to that role in September, 2015. He has held positions at Nestle and B/Brawn before joining Ambev in 2001. At Ambev he had roles in the Logistics and Industrial Departments before being appointed Central America & Caribbean Region (CAC) Supply Director. Mr. Maranha held several key positions, including, Logistic Manager, Regional Logistic Manager and Plant Manager of the Sergipe and Pernambuco Brewery.

A member of the BHL Board since November 13th 1997, Mr. Cozier is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB).

He joined the staff at Banks (Barbados) Breweries Limited in 1979 as an Accountant. He was appointed Chief Accountant in 1985 and six years later, General Manager of another Banks Holdings Limited (BHL) subsidiary, the Barbados Bottling Company (BBC). His dedication and commitment was further rewarded in 1999, when he was appointed Managing Director and CEO of the BHL Group comprising Banks (Barbados) Breweries Limited, Barbados Dairy Industries Limited (Pine Hill Dairy), Barbados Bottling Co. Limited and B&B Distribution Ltd. (now Banks Distribution Limited). He is a current member of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas, represents The Barbados Chamber of Commerce & Industry on the Board of The Barbados Stock Exchange and is an independent director on the Board of The Barbados Private Sector Association.

Mr. Elvin Sealy is a retired Airline Executive having worked with British Airways in the Caribbean for over 39 years. On his retirement in August 2006 he held the post of Regional Manager South Caribbean and had served in numerous regional management positions in the airline.

Mr. Sealy has held a number of Board Directorships including the Chairman of the Barbados Water Authority 2006-2008 and Deputy Chairman Grantley Adams Airport Inc 2006-2008. He has been a Director of Banks Holdings Limited (BHL) since 2004. He owns a party goods retail business which is now in its 11th year of operation. In 1997 Mr. Sealy was appointed a Justice of the Peace and in 2006, a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for his services to Civil Aviation in The Queen's New Year Honours. He has been an active Rotarian for 30 years and was President 2008-2009.

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Henley Management College in the United Kingdom. He has over 25 years professional and executive management experience in the Caribbean, Brazil and the United Kingdom. He is currently the Managing Director of Fednav International Ltd, a privately owned international shipping company. His areas of expertise include corporate finance, international taxation, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, information systems, organisational design and business planning. Mr. deCaires has served as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Senior Vice President with the Interamericana Trading Corporation. He has also served as Chairman of several statutory corporations of the Government of Barbados and on the Boards of several publically listed companies in Barbados, Trinidad and Canada.

The senior Accounting and Finance professional has previously held the position of Financial Controller at Paradise Beach Limited and his vast experience also spans the audit, construction and offshore industries. Mr. Karnani is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in England and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.

Mr. Glyne Griffith's role as Group ICT Manager gives him the responsibility for the efficient and effective alignment of the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) programs and strategies in support of the business strategies, goals and objectives of The BHL Group.

With over 18 years of experience working in ICT, Mr. Griffith ensures daily that BHL's technological systems and processes are operating efficiently and are well maintained across the Group. Our confidentiality, integrity, and information assets across the multiple access channels are guided, developed and maintained by Mr. Griffith and his team. He is results-oriented, self-motivated, pro-active and dynamic with high standards of ethics and outstanding leadership abilities.

Corporate Affairs Manager

Ms. Sophia (Allsopp) Cambridge is the Corporate Affairs Manager for the BHL Group of Companies - a role which encompasses Legal and Regulatory Compliance, Social Responsibility and Communication.

She joined the Group in the year 2000 as Communications Specialist. In a brief period, she was able to superbly demonstrate the value and significance of Communications to the Group and its subsidiaries and was promoted to Corporate Communications Manager two years later.

Ms. Cambridge's experience spans the gamut of the Communications function. Corporate Communications Planning, Strategic Direction and Counsel fall strictly under her purview. An ardent supporter of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programming, she leads the Group's CSR efforts with gusto and conceptualized, managed and evolved the Group's Corporate Social Responsibility Programme H.E.L.P. - an acronym for Heritage, Environment, Learning and People. This programme has given structure to the Group's corporate benevolence, placing it in the top tier of companies in Barbados with a structured CSR effort.

During her energetic tenure, the past President of the Barbados Chapter of the International Association for Business Communicators (IABC), has been instrumental in contributing to the Group's accomplishments. She provides counsel and advice to senior management on media relations, crisis management and engagement and was also responsible for the rebrand of the Group's corporate identity and image through strategic campaigns and CSR initiatives, which promoted a shift in culture towards greater face-to face dialogue with the Group's stakeholders.

Ms. Cambridge, who has won awards for Journalism and Public Relations, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Literatures in English from the University of the West Indies' Cave Hill Campus and a Master of Arts Post Graduate Degree in Journalism from the University of London's Goldsmith College.

Mrs. Lisa Ridley-Paul joined the BHL Group in 2007 as Group Human Resources Manager. In her role she is charged with leading the wider Human Resources team in executing initiatives geared at promoting an employee-oriented, high performance culture in support of organizational objectives.

With some 17 years' experience in the HR field, Mrs. Ridley-Paul is our knowledge resources for recruitment & development, succession planning, training & development, compensation & benefits, as well as Industrial Relations. Since 2011, she has represented the interests of the manufacturing sector as a member of the Barbados Employers' Confederation Council.

Mr. Lorenzo Roach joined BHL subsidiary company Barbados Bottling Company (BBC) in 2000. He began his career as a Quality Control Technician, moving into the position Quality Control Supervisor two years later.

Laboratory Technician, Shift Superintendent and Production Manager appointments quickly followed between 2004 and 2009. Then in 2012, Lorenzo became BBC's Beverage Plant Manager to BHL's first ISO certified company. Also to his credit, he was BHL's 2004 CEO's Award of Excellence Recipient, copping the top group award for that year. He was appointed Dairy Operations Manager of Barbados Dairy Industries Ltd. (PINEHILL), on August 1st, 2014.

Mr. Nigel Lobo has been working with Banks Beer since 2007 when he embarked upon the challenge of introducing the beer into the United States Market.

After completing his BBA in Marketing from the Florida Atlantic University, Mr. Lobo went on to enjoy a career in the beverage industry for almost 20 years, having worked with major beverage corporations in Trinidad & Tobago Bahamas, Atlanta and Tampa. Mr. Lobo joined the Banks Distribution Limited team in 2012 when he assumed the position of Sales Manager. Ever the consummate salesman, Mr. Lobo is always exploring new ways to expand the sales of the BHL portfolio.

Mr. Ray Chee-A-Tow has been a member of the Banks Holdings Limited (BHL) team for over 20 years.

His introduction to the group came with his appointment as Brand Manager for the Barbados Bottling Company Ltd. (BBC) and a mere 4 years later he became the Marketing Manager for Banks (Barbados) Breweries Ltd. where he spearheaded numerous innovations for its portfolio of indigenous Barbadian brands. Mr. Chee-A-Tow has since been promoted to the post of Chief Commercial Officer after successfully serving as Group Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager.

Mrs. Cheryl Worrell joined the BHL Group in 2009 and within 3 years was promoted to Customer Relations Manager at Banks Distribution Ltd. Mrs. Worrell holds a BSc. in Management and Finance from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus as well as Senior Professional Certification in Supply Management.

She also successfully completed Certification in Incident Management & Crisis Resolution and Sales Leadership from Coca-Cola as well as Disney's Approach to Quality Service Programme, facilitated by the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. Mrs. Worrell heads a team of five in a dynamic, service oriented environment as her Departmental aim is to act as a two way conduit between the Company and its customers and by extension valued consumers locally and regionally.
